We offer design and prototyping services to help our customers successfully develop and validate their products. Our teams of engineers, technicians and skilled production workers are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards and exceeding our customers’ expectations.


Customers are encouraged to take advantage of our engineering capabilities early in the product development and design process.

The Pac CNC engineering team manages projects with design reviews set to take place at key stages in the development process. All phases of the product design, tool design, and tool build are controlled by a planning and monitoring system to ensure on-time delivery.

We have integrated CAD-CAM technology that utilizes the latest software: SolidWorks, GibbsCam, PEPS, and Key Creator 2019

TOOLING

Pac CNC employs a team of talented tool design engineers, most of whom have 15 or more years of experience in the precision metal stamping industry.  

 

Our tool engineers and technicians are backed up by state of the art CNC and EDM machines, allowing for full in-house production of the necessary tools, fixtures, and gages. Tooling maintenance is also handled in-house, and it is important to know that our tooling technology and processes are closely linked to our quality management systems.

Quality Assurance

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Pac CNC, Inc is IATF-16949:2016 certified.  This means that quality is our main focus.  Our team of qualified technicians is trained in the use of computerized measuring equipment and Statistical Process Control, and gauges are used to evaluate our processes and output.  Our staff also can provide necessary PPAP documentation and other documentation where it is required.
